Warranty

Each of our products is designed and manufactured from premium-quality materials in accordance with environmental guidelines and safety standards. All of NI Furniture’s products are warranted for one year after the delivery date.

Promise

In the event of a manufacturing defect occurring within the warranty period, NI Furniture promises to repair it. Exceptions may apply if the warranty is void. Note: The warranty is only valid for the original product purchaser and cannot be transferred to third parties.

  • HIGH-QUALITY MANUFACTURING WITH HAND FINISHING

    Our one year warranty covers materials and workmanship after the date of delivery to the retailer. If a defect appears within this time, we will take the following steps to correct it:

    - If a manufacturing defect exist, we will try our best to repair it.
    - If repairing it is impractical, we will replace the product with one of equal type and quality
