    NI is a furniture manufacturer that sells to authorized retailers only. Therefore, it’s NOT possible to purchase any furniture directly from NI or place an order online.

  • Where can I find the product price and how do I know if the product is available?
    For price and availability-related information, please visit one of our authorized retailers. To locate a dealer near you, please visit the Dealer Locator section of our website.
  • When will my items be delivered?
    For privacy reasons, NI does NOT store any information regarding customers who purchased products through our retailers as well as the products purchased. Please ask for updated delivery information directly from the retail store.
  • Are the colors on the website accurate?
    Please be aware that the product color might slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources and your monitor settings. Please refer to the actual color.
  • Can I customize the dimension of the product?
    Yes, some of our products' dimensions can be customized. Please contact your local retailer for further information.
  • Can I modify my current order?
    To request for modification of your order, please contact your retailer. However, please note that there is a chance that no changes can be made depending on the status of your order.
  • How can I become a retailer?

  • How do I take care of the wood furniture?
    1. Please avoid direct exposure to sunlight. 2. Please avoid using any chemicals to clean the table. 3. Please do NOT put any sharp items on the table as it might scratch the table top. 4. For the daily cleaning process, please use water and cotton cloth to gently wipe the table top. 5. Please use wood-care products for maintenance purposes once or twice every year.
  • Can I order replacement parts?
    We'll address that on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your retailer for further information.
  • Can I have my furniture repaired?
    Yes, but we'll address that on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Warranty section to see if your furniture is under warranty. If your furniture is under warranty, please contact us info@nifurniture.net. If the warranty has expired, we recommend you to locate a local woodworker to have your furniture repaired.
